Description
- Andersen® replacement block and tackle with shoe sash balancer for Tilt-Wash double-hung windows
- Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 210310 (1997 to Present) and 30310 (1997 to Present)
- Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 24310 (2017 to Present) and 38310 Cottage (2017 to Present)
- Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash
- Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash
- When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners
