Description

Andersen® replacement block and tackle with shoe sash balancer for tilt-wash double-hung windows
Used on 2.0 etched into glass unit sizes 26310 and 28310 (2017 to present).
Used on 3.0 etched into glass unit sizes 20310 and 34310 (2017 to present).
Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016
Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash
Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash
When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners
