Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 210310 (1992 to 2017), 30310 (1992 to 2017), 26310 Cottage Lower Sash, 28310 Cottage Lower Sash, 21046 Cottage Lower Sash, 210410 Cottage Upper Sash, 3046 Cottage Upper Sash and 30410 Cottage Upper Sash
Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 24310 (1992 to 2017), 26310 (1992 to 2017), 38310 (1992 to 2017), 20310 Cottage Lower Sash, 2446 Cottage Upper Sash, 24410 Cottage Upper Sash, 2646 Cottage Upper Sash, 26410 Cottage Upper Sash, 30310 Cottage Lower Sash, 3846 Cottage Upper Sash and 38410 Cottage Upper Sash
Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016
Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash
Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash
