Description
- Andersen® replacement block and tackle with shoe sash balancer for Tilt-Wash double-hung windows
- Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 30410, 28410 Cottage Lower Sash and 3062 Cottage Upper Sash
- Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for size
24410, 26410, 38410, 20410 Cottage Lower Sash, 2462 Cottage Upper Sash, 2662 Cottage Upper Sash, 30410 Cottage Lower Sash, 38410 Cottage Lower Sash and 3862 Cottage Upper Sash- Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016
- Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash
- Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash
- When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners
