Description

Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 210310 (2017 to Present) and 30310 (2017 to Present).
Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016.
Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
