Description

Size 3046 tilt-wash upper sash without grille grommets.
This sash is also used as the upper sash on 3056 cottage units.
For units manufactured September 2017 to present with interior removable grilles using chisel style fastener - see image above.
46 upper sash height increased by 1/2 inch in 2017.
Sandtone exterior with a patented Flexacron® * finish and an unfinished pine interior.
Low-E tempered glass provides outstanding insulating performance in both heating and cooling climates. Specific building codes may require certain windows to be tempered.
