Description
- Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 1846 (1992 to 2017), 18510 cottage upper sash and 1856 cottage upper sash (1992 to 2017).
- Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016.
- Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
- Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
- When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
