Description
- Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 2442, 2642, 2442 cottage lower sash, 2452 cottage upper sash, 2652 cottage upper sash and 3842 cottage lower sash
- Also used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 2042, 1842 cottage lower sash, 2052 cottage upper sash, 21042 cottage lower sash, 3042 cottage lower sash and 3452 cottage upper sash.
- Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016.
- Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
- Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
- When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
