Description
- Andersen® replacement block and tackle with shoe sash balancer for Tilt-Wash double-hung windows
- Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 38310 (1992 to 2017), 34310 Cottage Lower Sash, 3846 Cottage Upper Sash and 38410 Cottage Upper Sash
- Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 210310 (1992 to 2017), 30310 (1992 to 2017), 26310 Cottage Lower Sash, 28310 Cottage Lower Sash, 21046 Cottage Upper Sash, 210410 Cottage Upper Sash, 3046 Cottage Upper Sash, 30410 Cottage Upper Sash and 38310 Cottage Lower Sash
- Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016
- Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash
- Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash
- When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners
