Description
- Andersen® replacement block and tackle with shoe sash balancer for Tilt-Wash double-hung windows
- Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 34310 (1992 to 2017), 210310 Cottage Lower Sash, 30310 Cottage Lower Sash, 3446 Cottage Upper Sash and 34410 Cottage Upper Sash
- Also used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 28310 (1992 to 2017), 24310 Cottage Lower Sash, 2846 Cottage Upper Sash, 28410 Cottage Upper Sash and 34310 Cottage Lower Sash
- Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016
- Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash
- Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash
- When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners
