Description

Andersen® replacement block and tackle with shoe sash balancer for Tilt-Wash double-hung windows
Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 2832, 2632, 21032 2432 Cottage Lower Sash, 2632 Cottage Lower Sash, 26310 Cottage Upper Sash, 2832 Cottage Lower Sash, 28310 Cottage Upper Sash and 210310 Cottage Upper Sash
Also used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 2032, 3832, 2032 Cottage Lower Sash, 20310 Cottage Upper Sash, 3432 Cottage Lower Sash and 38310 Cottage Upper Sash
Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016
Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash
Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash
When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners
