Description

Andersen® replacement block and tackle with shoe sash balancer for Tilt-Wash double-hung windows
Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 24210, 26210, 2432 Cottage Upper, 2436 Cottage Upper, 2632 Cottage Upper and 2636 Cottage Upper
Also used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 20210, 34210, 2032 Cottage Upper, 2036 Cottage Upper, 3032 Cottage Upper, 3036 Cottage Upper, 3432 Cottager Upper and 3436 Cottage Upper
Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016
Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash
Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash
When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners
