Description

Andersen® replacement block and tackle with shoe sash balancer for Tilt-Wash double-hung windows
Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 26510 and 28510
Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 20510, 34510, 18510 Cottage Lower Sash and 28510 Cottage Lower Sash
Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016
Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash
Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash
When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners
