Description
- Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 3876, 3436 cottage lower sash and 3842 cottage upper sash.
- Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 3036, 2636 cottage lower sash, 21042 cottage upper sash, 3042 cottage upper sash and 3836 cottage lower sash.
- Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016.
- Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
- Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
- When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
