Andersen® replacement block and tackle with shoe sash balancer for Tilt-Wash double-hung windows
Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 21036, 2836, 3036, 2436 Cottage Lower Sash, 2636 Cottage Lower Sash, 2836 Cottage Lower Sash, 2842 Cottage Lower Sash, 21046 Cottage Upper Sash and 3042 Cottage Upper Sash
Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 2436, 3836, 2036 Cottage Lower Sash, 2442 Cottage Upper Sash, 3036 Cottage Lower Sash and 3842 Cottage Upper Sash
Balance was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016
Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash
Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash
When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners
