Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 21062, 3062, 3462, 3862, 2662 Cottage Lower Sash, 2862 Cottage Lower Sash, 21062 Cottage Lower Sash, 3062 Cottage Lower Sash and 3462 Cottage Lower Sash
Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash
Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash
When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners
