Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 3456 Cottage Lower Sash (1992 to Present) and 3856 Even
Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 2656 Cottage Lower Sash (1992 to Present), 2856 Cottage Lower Sash (1992 to Present), 21056 Even and 3056 Even
Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash
Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash
When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners
