- Andersen® replacement block and tackle with tab sash balancer for Tilt-Wash double-hung windows
- Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 34410 Cottage Lower Sash and 38410 Cottage Lower Sash
- Also used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 34410, 38410, 28410 Cottage Lower Sash, 210410 Cottage Lower Sash, 30410 Cottage Lower Sash, 34410 Cottage Lower Sash, 3462 Cottage Upper Sash and 3862 Cottage Upper Sash
- Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash
- Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash
- When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners
