- Andersen® replacement block and tackle with tab sash balancer for Tilt-Wash double-hung windows
- Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for size 3846 Cottage Lower Sash
- Also used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 3046 (1992 to 2017), 3056 Cottage Upper Sash (1992 to 2017), 3456 Cottage Upper Sash (1992 to 2017), 3846 (1992 to Present), 2846 Cottage Lower Sash, 21046 Cottage Lower Sash, 30510 Cottage Upper Sash, 3446 Cottage Lower Sash, 34510 Cottage Upper Sash, 3846 Cottage Lower Sash, 38510 Cottage Upper Sash and 3856 Cottage Upper Sash (1992 to 2017)
- Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash
- Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash
- When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners
