Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 3432, 3832,21032 Cottage Lower Sash, 3032 Cottage Lower Sash, 3432 Cottage Lower Sash, 34310 Cottage Upper Sash, 3832 Cottage Lower Sash and 38310 Cottage Upper Sash
Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash
Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash
When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners
