    • Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 2456 equal, 2656 equal and 24510 equal.
    • Also used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 1856 cottage lower sash (1992 to present), 2056 equal and 3856 equal.
    • Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016.
    • Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
    • Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
    • When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
