    • Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for size.
      • 24410, 26410, 38410, 20410 cottage lower sash, 2462 cottage upper sash, 2662 cottage upper sash, 30410 cottage lower sash, 38410 cottage lower sash and 3862 cottage upper sash
    • Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016.
    • Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
    • Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
    • When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
