    • Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 2436, 3836, 2036 cottage lower sash, 2442 cottage upper sash, 3036 cottage lower sash and 3842 cottage upper sash.
    • Balance was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016.
    • Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
    • Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
    • When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
