    • Works with 3046 units with non-tempered glass.
    • Works with 1856 cottage units with tempered glass.
    • Balancer maintains the position of the window sash.
    • They are found above the upper sash in the head jamb, and are located on each side of the window.
    • This balancer is used on the Left hand side of the window as viewed from the exterior of the window.

    When replacing balancers we recommend replacing both balancers and the window side jamb liners, the Right hand balancer for this window is R10/731
