STEP 1: LOCATE
Locate the Product ID label in the head jamb of your patio door

Not all products will have a Product ID label. If you do not find a label it may have been removed or is in an inaccessible area. Most older units (pre-2007) do not have product ID labels.

If a Product ID label is not found or your have an older unit (pre-2007), try Shopping by Category.
