Does it have a wash assist like in the picture? Yes, then it is a Woodwright window. No, it may be a 400 Series tilt-wash double-hung window or 200 Series tilt-wash double-hung window please see those product descriptions for more details.

Is there wood or vinyl along the upper sash? If wood, congratulations, you have a 400 Series Woodwright double-hung window! If vinyl, you may have a 400 series tilt-wash double-hung window. Please see that product description for details.
