Online Parts Return Policy - Should you need to return your product
Andersen Windows is committed to customer satisfaction and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are given within 90 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in the original carton or package with all parts, in salable condition and accompanied with the original receipt.
You have two options to return a part you no longer need;

Fill out the Online Return Form found on our Contact Us page (select Subject of Return Requested), submit it and print a copy of the return form with your name and order number, place this form in the package and return it to: |

When we receive your return, we will credit your credit card for the price of the product and any applicable sales tax less the shipping and handling costs. There will be a 20% processing fee on all returned items.

Product Damaged in Shipping
On occasion a part will be damaged in shipping. If your purchase was received with shipping damage, please contact Andersen Windows at 877-835-9090. We will work with the shipping company and see that a new part is sent to you.

Warranty Claims
Purchased parts are covered under the Andersen Warranty. Any warranty claim must be accompanied with the original receipt and be within the Andersen Warranty guidelines. A copy of the Andersen Warranty is available through our website: http://www.andersenwindows.com/support/warranty. Please contact us at 877-835-9090 for warranty claims on product purchased through our online store.

Online Parts Shipping Disclaimer
Andersen Windows accepts orders and ships to the United States and Canada.
Orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS or shipped by common carrier at our discretion. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, please allow for transit time after your order has been shipped.
Products falling under hazardous material (hazmat) like paint and adhesives can only be shipped via ground service. These products may be shipped separately from other items on your order.
