Shipping & Handling Charges
Standard ground shipping is free for orders over $75.00 not including tax. Orders under $75.00 have a $6.95 shipping fee.

Expedited shipping may be available for orders placed by phone. Please call for availability and cost.
  Shipping Damage
On occasion a part will be damaged in shipping. If your purchase was received with shipping damage, please contact us. We will work with the shipping company and see that a new part is sent to you.
  Return Policy
For returns, we will credit your credit card for the price of the product and any applicable sales tax less the shipping and handling costs within 90 days of original ship date. There will be a 20% processing fee on all returned items.
  Warranty
Purchased parts are covered under the Andersen warranty. Any warranty claim must be accompanied with the original receipt and be within the Andersen warranty guidelines. A copy of the Andersen warranty is available through our website: Andersen Warranty.

Shipping & Handling Charges
Standard ground shipping is included in the pricing on most storm door replacement parts. Expedited shipping is available on many parts for an additional charge. Fullview windows and screens will have a $38.00 additional handling fee on all orders.

Andersen is committed to customer satisfaction and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are given within 90 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in the original carton or package with all parts, in salable condition and accompanied with the original receipt. The Andersen Parts Store accepts orders from and ships to the continental United States and Canada. For customers in Hawaii and Alaska, additional shipping charges for replacement parts will be applied.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 to 6 business days. "Lead time" refers to the amount of time until your part will ship from our warehouse; it does not include transit time. We will send you a shipment confirmation once your order leaves our warehouse. 

Orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS or shipped by common carrier at our discretion. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please allow for transit time after you order has been shipped. To check the status of your order, click here.

Products classified as a hazardous material (hazmat) like paint and adhesives can only be shipped via ground service. These products may be shipped separately from other items in your order.
